Bio

During the last three years I have seized the opportunity to work for three notable companies and participate in vital Human Resources functions such as recruiting, benefits, training, and curbing internal conflict. At Daymon Worldwide, I collaborated with 25 other interns around the U.S. and Portugal to complete a market analysis and then present specific strategic recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team. London-based Amrop Augementum provided me with international experience as I performed world-wide executive searches using a variety of methods. At the Goodrich Corporation, I led the Wounded Warrior Fundraising event and assisted in making sure Goodrich was compliant with all of United Technologies policies and procedures as part of the acquisition.

Goals

I am currently a senior at Siena College looking to make the transition from student to a full time human resources role. I will be graduating from Siena College on May 18, 2014 and looking for a job in Human Resources. I am looking to use what I have learned during past internships and at Siena to transition into a leadership development program for HR in the Tech or Aerospace Industry.
