Masters Program
Coached rowing sessions focusing on fitness, power and speed while continuing to improve technique. For those looking to compete, the team participates in local and regional regattas scheduled by the coaching team. Recreational rowers who do not want to commit to racing receive the same training.
Practice Location
Practice is on the water at the boathouse for the Spring, Summer and Fall season. During the Winter I and Winter II season, we primarily practice at Omni Fitness Center, but will practice on the water if the weather conditions allow it.
