The rooms are simple but comfortable, each with its own private facilities. Some guests call it rustic, others call it casual.
The open circular fireplace in the large lounge, invites guests together, and also provides comfortable distance between them.
The couches and rocking chairs encourage groupings of a half dozen or so. A table is always laid out with fruits, cookies, coffee, and teas to draw the wanderers and nourish the guests.
Built of stone, with walls a yard thick, the Inn now houses 22 very different rooms from very small to a large two room suite, accommodating groups up to 45. .
