Rates throughout the year with discount during mid-week:

Weekends: Friday and Saturday

Double occupancy:    $120.00 per room per night Single occupancy:    $75.00 per room per night

Midweek: Sunday to Thursday

Double occupancy: $100.00 per room per night Single occupancy: $65.00 per room per night

No minimum stay is required. However during weekends from July 1 – October 31 a two night stay is requested and will be given priority. When available one night reservations are accepted

Third night stay:

Double occupancy: $70.00 per room per night Single occupancy: $45.00 per room per night

Senior discount – 10% * 

*Not available during weekends from 1 July – October

 After decades in the business, Mr. Paperny has been called the doyen of New England innkeepers. A stay at the inn is like spending time in the home of a fascinating new friend. As might be expected of a former consultant to the United Nations, Ingram is an internationalist; he speaks four languages and relishes playing host to an eclectic bunch of visitors. Originally a woodworker, he is responsible for all the carpentry done in the building. 

         > The inn’s hospitality extends to meals as well. Breakfast includes juice, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, cheese, bagels, muffins, breads, and eggs.
